Power & Setup

Each package includes a 50ft extension cord for convenient setup. Please note that depending on your home’s electrical capacity, some equipment may require access to two separate outlets to avoid tripping breakers. In most cases, a single outlet works just fine, but we recommend having a backup outlet available for the best experience.

Weather Policy

Our movie nights are designed for the outdoors, but if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate, we’ve got options! If it rains and conditions aren’t safe, we can set up an indoor location (if space allows) or arrange a rain date that works for you. And remember- you can always book an indoor movie night year-round, which is perfect for the winter months!

  • Rental Policies & Information
        •    Minimum booking: $100.00
        •    Prices include delivery & setup within a 15-mile radius of Bethlehem, PA or Pittston, PA (quotes are based on the location closest to you).
        •    Deliveries outside the 15-mile radius will incur a $1.50 per mile fee.
        •    A 6% sales tax will be added to all rentals.
        •    Credit card payments are accepted (processing fees apply).
        •    All rentals are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized prior to delivery.
        •    Legendary Party Rentals is licensed and insured.
        •    Please note: We do not provide food, beverages, or full-service event planning. We are a rental company, with a few extras to help make your planning process easier. If you need vendors for catering, décor, or other services, we’ll gladly connect you with trusted partners and share our legendary suggestions!
